Food Concession Information
Come hungry—because the Strathmore Stampede serves up something for everyone. From classic midway favourites and smoky BBQ to sweet treats and unique, over-the-top creations, the food vendors bring a wide variety of flavours to the grounds. Carefully selected to create a diverse lineup, you’ll find everything from quick bites to indulgent festival eats, making food just as much a part of the Stampede experience as the rodeo itself.
Open daily from 11:00am to 11:00pm Friday through Sunday, and 11:00am to 6:00pm on Monday.

Registration Information
vendor spots for 2026 are now full
All selected vendors are required to operate during event hours: Friday–Sunday from 11:00am to 11:00pm and Monday from 11:00am to 6:00pm. Set-up takes place Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 9:00am to 2:00pm, with tear-down beginning after 6:00pm on Monday. Vendors must remain on-site for the duration of the event.
Applications are reviewed annually and are not first-come, first-served, as vendors are carefully selected to ensure a well-rounded and diverse lineup.
We appreciate the strong interest and encourage vendors to apply early for future years.
